Log faults as you find them

Any trustee can raise a fault the moment they spot it — a broken door, faulty electrical equipment, a leaking roof. Faults are logged with a description, location and priority so nothing gets forgotten.

Each fault is assigned to the trustee or volunteer responsible for resolving it. They're notified immediately so repairs get actioned quickly rather than waiting for the next meeting.

Track from reported to resolved

Faults move through clear statuses — reported, in progress, resolved. Everyone can see what's outstanding at any time without needing to chase for updates.

Maintenance history

Resolved faults are retained as a maintenance history. Useful evidence for insurance purposes and for demonstrating to regulators that your premises are properly maintained.
